Hampton Inn - Room not ready till 2, pa lease

Sat. Apr.6. Told me on Wed. Room be ready Apr.6 mid day no prob. Here i sit with family in prkg.lot no avail. till 2/2:30 so tell me, all are checking out same time??? NO!!! Rooms get ready 1 by 1, what their suddenly all available same time too??? NO!!! but they just trying to make us wait. This is after telling me an hour ago telling me she would get one immediately.
