Treated Terrible!

Updated by user Mar 12, 2014

Some of the reactions to my review suggest we think we are better than other people...

I even stated we only wanted what other hotel guests received...clean towels and a clean room!

Never getting towels unless begging for them and a filthy room (we are clean people living...

Original review Mar 12, 2014
We checked in to the Cleburne, Texas Hampton Inn July 8, 2013 and checked out today March 11, 2014! ...mind you, we did not stay at the Cleburne Hampton Inn last night even though it was paid for because general manager Sana Orabi told us we were more trouble than we were worth and threatened to kick us out!
Corporate has been informed on several occasions of the terrible housekeeping service and lack of towels we were receiving. Sana would inform corporate that the issue had been resolved when it NEVER was.
She even told us yesterday (the first time she agreed to listen to our complaints) that we could complain to corporate all we want because the complaints go directly to her!
She told us she didn't even have to "take us in" because she is not an extended stay Homewood Suites and Hilton said she shouldn't have taken us as guests in the first place! ...we have a recording of her screaming at us and telling us she wants us gone...completely irrational behavior! She was informed she was being recorded she then tried to calm down.   Sana Orabi's behavior was something I've never experienced in my life from a professional!  I can't believe we were treated in such a manner from a Hilton property general manager...especially since we are diamond members!
We have stayed at many Hilton properties and most are absolutely wonderful!  The Cleburne Hampton Inn is NOT!
We really would like to discuss this issue over the phone with someone besides Sana Orabi!
We stayed at the Cleburne Hampton Inn for 8 months only to be treated Terrible when Sana finally did decide to discuss our few complaints!
I had to make my own bed for months  until i said i thought it was wrong! ...on days when I wanted housekeeping service they would simply take my dirty linens and then drop them off later in the day in the hall with one towel one washcloth and one hand towel (not 3 like other guests)
There was a nasty stain on the toilet that was there for 5 weeks and was there when we left the room for the final time! We had complained about that on several occasions but it was never cleaned!
Please know that we stayed at the Cleburne Hampton Inn for a long time before we finally started to complain...eventually we had to start saying something!

Why should anyone believe you. You don't even know the anonymous poster and you said that he worked at the hotel and it turned out he did not.

You lied then so now your word means nothing.

You can get a lawyer all you want, however they have every right to ask you to leave, even if you are completely innocent as you claim(which I doubt) they have a right to ask you to leave. Besides if you left on your own as you claimed later on, then you have no case since you left on your own.

I am sure the hotel has their own security cameras and witnesses as you claim. Well hopefully the truth will eveuntally come out with all of this.

Guest

Actually this is not how it happened. It did not happen as the guest is telling you all.

The truth is she was kicked out. She refused to leave until we had to call the police. Only then did she leave. Our room clearly has a no smoking policy.

She was smoking and denying the smoking even though our housekeeping people told us they smelled cigarette smoke. We had several complaints about them being loud at 2am and waking up other guests. There were times when they came into the room intoxicated. This was usually the time we got complaints that they were partying until 2am and not allowing the other guests to sleep.

They were currently evicted from their apartment because of complaints from others.(or so that is what she told us).

We even have our video tapes of this couple causing a ruckus on property. Harassing other guests ect.

Well if you get a lawyer good luck, must lawyers would advise you not to post about your issue online.

First of all you guys obviously edited the tapes and paid your friends to say we were out partying all night. You just made this stuff up because we made a few minor complaints.

So your edited tapes is called making up evidence which is illegal.

Second the only time we were loud at 2am was because you refused to clean our room the whole day. I don't care if the other guests complained. I wanted to make a scene so others know what kind of service you provide. This only happened on one occasion.

Third when you threatened to call the police you told us that the police were friends of yours and that they would side with you and edit the hotel tapes to make us look guilty.

We were never smoking in the room, you planted evidence on us just like you threatened to edit the video tapes.

As for the other guests being harassed we never harassed anyone. You told them to say we were harassing them promising them a free nights stay if they lied for you guys and said that we did.

You are one crazy black *** and you even threatened to plant drugs on one of the guests if they did not play along.

You threatened to have the police arrest them without evidence because you are friends with the police. Anything on your tapes or from your witnesses is because you bribed them to tell lies about us and because you planted evidence and edited your tapes.

You did not kick us out we chose to leave. You told us not to come back and if you did you would be after us with a shot gun and you would have one of your police officer friends shoot us and edit the tapes making it look like we were being hostile.

I thought the Celeburne police were helping them with tape editing , planting evidence on you and coming up with fake witnesses as you claimed because they are friends with the owner?

I seriously doubt that Sana even saw this complaint and like other people said I doubt we are hearing the whole story here. Yeah I do see people posing as you and making silly comments on you behalf but that is most likely a member of this site who does it often. I would like to see Sana's side of the story as well.

Dirty room, no mangement, terrible customer service

We left our room this morning and came back to a room that was not clean and no towels. I called the front desk and ask for help and they said that a manager would be up in an hour. Nobody came up so I called the front desk again and requested the manager, and I was told that he was gone and cannot be contacted. I said that someone needs to be here to correct this and get us a clean room and some towels. I was told that there were not any rooms to move us into. I said that they are advertising rooms available on the sign outside as we speak. I was told that there was nothing she could do. I said; if there is any time that you can shine or work out anything, please work your magic to do so. I was told “I am not a fairy" and there is nothing that I can do. At that point I saw what kind of operation this was. This was all attitude and blocking and she was very smug in the manner in which she did it. Then she said to me "anyway all the rooms were cleaned. I asked her" if the room was cleaned and we had towels, would I be calling you to get the trash and send some towels? She then told me that she sent up towels to the wrong room an hour ago. Now I knew that these were all lies and I was just trapped in this mess. I tried calling Hiltons customer service line but the voicemail box was full. I tried calling the Hilton Honors and it was no help either so now, I will post my issue to warn any other person who may be trying to get reservations here. Don't! The pictures give a false impression of this place. It is behind an old burger king and nail shop. It is not near the beaches like it says. It is definitely not worth the price. A Sleep in is next door and looks as good and I bet that it is less that the 269.00 per night this dump is. This place needs all new management, name change or to close.

Hampton Inn - Bad Hotel Conditions Review from Leeds, Alabama

I am currently staying in a Hampton Inn in Selma Alabama. The room is dirty the curtains to the window are ripped with stains on them. The bathroom is dated and the toilet has black mold around the rim of the bowl. My husband and I left the room to get some lunch, and housekeeping never touched our room. I notified the front desk and she verbalized that the housekeepers where gone for the day. My visit to Selma was due to my husbands family reunion and the hotel choice was prearranged, so we did not have a choice of where our lodging would be, however I would never!!! Stay in this Hampton Inn again and I would never refer it to anyone.

All that and the employees are criminals too.

Hampton Inn’s Inns and Suites Criminal Ring Motel Hotel Hilton Fraud ID Theft Card Credit Corporate Coverup Ebay Paypal Internet General Manager GM Juan “ Steve “ Diaz Mustafa Hamouch Penn State Moral Ethics Employee Customer

12611 Memorial way Moreno Valley, Ca 92553.

Our Company shipped a package to :

Mostafa Hamouch

12611 Memorial way Moreno Valley, Ca 92553. A Warning to Stores: please do not ship to this address! Nine months later , I get a charge back stating that the buyer denied buying anything. YES, you can get a chargeback after 9 months.

With nothing to lose, I googled the address only to find that it’s a Hampton Inn’s and Suites. I contact the manager , he gets very nervous and says “umm Mostafa wouldn’t do something like that” and “why did you ship before getting payment” Steve sounded very familiar with Mostafa. I explained that I was paid but the payment was taken away when the buyer claimed he didn’t make the purchase. Steve was very defensive and supportive of his co-worker Mostfaf.

While waiting for Steve Diaz the manager to return my call , I called the Hampton Suites Corporate Number and spoke with a representative. She stated that Mostafa was an employee and would be fired and removed from the property and that Hampton has nothing to do with it anymore. Another responsibility dodge was , if you were robbed on the property we could help. Hampton stated that they are not responsible for guest receiving fraudulent orders while working at their hotel.

After a while, Steve called back stating that I was harassing him by calling the corporate office to report fraud. Sorry Steve, I have the right to recover 1500.00. Steve had Mostafa on speed dial and quickly communicated the fact that I had contacted the hotel regarding the fraud. According to Steve, Mostafa Said He bought a wallet on Ebay and returned it , he claimed to not be disputing any charges.

Hampton’s General manager , Steve Diaz and Hampton/ Hilton Corporate went into lockdown/coverup mode in an effort to stop me from speaking to their EMPLOYEE Mostafa. Steve denied that Mostafa was an employee and insisted he was a guest in May. What kind guest stays at the Hampton Inn from May 2014 to Feb 2015? What kind of guest is immediately known by the general Manager?

Why did corporate say he’s being interrogated, investigated , fired and removed from the premises? How can you “fire’ a guest? I filed a police report but Hampton Inn’s & suites made sure Mostafa was off the premises and that there was nothing to investigate. Hampton Inn’s has chosen the “Penn State” method for dealing with crime.

Instead of being an ethical, moral and law abiding company they chose to help the criminal hide. The correct action to take would be , Hampton Inn’s Manager or Corporate office would call the police and report their employee for defrauding a store while at work. I had proof that Mustafa received the order then denied having anything to do with the transaction. It’s obvious that he’s a criminal and has committed fraud.

It’s also obvious the Steve is helping him and no one helps for free. A cheap hotel is a perfect place to commit fraud, divide the proceeds and disappear with the Hotel’s assistance. Update: Steve says "The lawyers" told him not to talk to me.

Not only is Steve hiding the criminal but Hampton Inn's Corporate Office and Lawyers are in on it also. Classy !!

Terrible headache

I was with my family in new york, the 31st of december of 2013 until the 2nd of january 2014. There was a construction nearby which started every day at 7:00am. This killed me and my family, i have a heart disease and when i woke up i felt i was nearly dying. Felt something was going through my head and heart. We obviously complained and asked for a free night since we couldn't sleep well. By the way, in the reception there was a sign of their policy that said that if you arent comfortable with their servicices andwith their always friendly workers, clean bedrooms and their surronding they dont expect you to pay. Using that phrase we complained and they didnt want to hear us. We all had a headache. Hampton Inn does not care their customers. Never go to Hampton Inn, manhattan. We filmed the noises at 7:00am. They still didnt hear us. Everyonecomplained and we still didnt get benefits. Thank you for reading

how is it the Hamptons fault for "near by" construction? Obviously they have not control over any construction going on by the hotel.

They can't just go and tell those workers hey I am sorry but you need to go home and come back at 1 pm so our guests can sleep. ridiculous. Everyone needs a job.

If you are a light sleeper then check ahead of time if you are going to be so picky. What do you do when there is construction or loud noises by your house?

Room key does notfor check out work the night b

I stay at hampton inns. I have discovered that the night before you check out there is a good chance that your room key will not work. The front desk always blames my cel phone or other credit cards. Today when I came to the desk, the guy asked me if I was checking out tomorrow. he apologized and fixed the key. Its always a pain to go down from upper levels. I think hampton inn is doing this on purpose. I dont know the reason why. Has anybody else sent in such a complaint? maybe I should try holiday inn.

I doubt they are doing it on "purpose" as you seem to think they are. A lot of times yes the cards get wiped clean from electronic things but sometimes it is the agents fault for not programming the correct amount of nights on the key card. It could be an honest mistake or just a lazy guest service agent who keys everyone for 1 night regardless of the length of stay.

Water disappered, so did managment

I had two rooms for two nights (Friday and Saturday) in this hotel to attend a wedding. My wife and I had one, the parents of the groom had the other as my guests. Both rooms were in my name, on my charge card, and the hotel did not even have their names. Everything was wonderful, until a little after noon on Saturday. While in the shower getting ready for the wedding, the water was cut off without any notice. I was standing there with no way to rinse the soap off my body. I called the front desk, and was told that they had to cut the hot water off because of a leak in the building. They had no idea when the water would be back on. I called my friend's room to warn them, and found that the wife had had the same thing happen to her, but she had just finished her shower and was getting ready to turn off the water. Shortly thereafter the cold water returned to the bathroom sink, so I could fill the ice bucket and use it to rinse myself with cold water. Between the in room (one cup) coffee maker and the microwave, I was able to heat enough water to shave. When we returned from the wedding, I went to the front desk to ask to speak with a manager. I was told that there was no manager on duty, and that I should take a business card and call her later. I informed the front desk staff that they needed to get in touch with a manager, and have them contact me that evening. This was not done. The next morning when checking out I again asked to speak to a manager, and was told to "take a card and call during the week". I told the young lady working the desk that she needed to either handle my complaint, or call someone who could right then. She picked up the portable phone, dialed a number and walked into the back office, leaving me standing there. She came back about five minutes later and said that they were going to give me one night free. I asked if that was for both rooms, seeing as we had the same problem in both, and was told that it was for only one, because my guests did not call the desk to complain. The Hampton satisfaction guarantee was not honored for the second room, even though it was in my name. When I told the young lady that I was not satisfied, she looked at me like I had two heads, and started asking, "What did you want us to do, it was an emergency?" every time I said anything else. Problems happen. It is how you deal with the problems that either makes or breaks the situation. There should have been notice that the water was being cut off. Baring that, there should have been management available to handle the guest complaints.

It never ceased to amaze me that guest's think that managers have no private lives and should be disrupted while not at work. How rude!

Couldn't it have waited until the mgr returned to work. Are you a man? If so you must not be much of one. Really?

A little soap? Never shaved with cold water? All that said, yes, you were inconvenienced and any good manager would call you and resolve the issue once back on duty.

We are getting tired of *** whiners though.

SCARY NASTY

My husband and I went to North COnway for a weekend honeymoon. We checked in and my husband took our luggage up to our room while i waited and asked questions. He called down to me and said you better ask for a CLEAN room! This one had hair in the sink dirty towels etc. I told the person we need a clean room so we were re-established in a second room. We left to come back later that night my husband climbed in bed while I showered. I went to get in bed pulled the covers back and my side was covered in hair urine and what looked like menstrual blood! I told my husband to get out of the bed now! we pulled the sheets off and the mess under the sheets was beyond mentioning! It was 2 am at this time i went top the front desk in my robe and showed the night auditor pictures of what we discovered! She upgraded us to yet another room, at this point i am ready to cral in my vehicle and sleep! We went to check out this last room stripped the bed checked the mattress etc and it seemed ok. We relocated to this suite and tried to sleep. Next morning there was a bill under our door for 3 rooms! I opened and worked for a hampton inn in Maine and know the standards of excellence promise! My husband took the bill to desk and handled it as I did not want to come unglued and hostil as I knew it was not the appropriate way to handle things. I went to get breakfast and to my surprise the breakfast area was trashed sticky tables trash piled up on tables cans over flowing and very little to offer at 8 am! I got my coffee and sat waiting for my husband, he came sat down looked at me and said never again! When we got home I typed a letter to the Manager of the hotel explaining our issues and I never heard a thing in response! glad to see they care about their customers stay and experiences.

Staff revealed personal info over phone

This occurred at the Sanibel Gateway location in ft Myers. My boyfriend booked a room for the two of us as we are visiting Ft Myers for a family wedding. My (probably crazy) cousin wanted to know which hotel we were staying at and the rate we paid. Because my boyfriend is a Hilton employee, we can get employee rates, and we got the last one for that night in that area of Ft Myers. I told her the hotel and that my boyfriend got a certain rate, but I did not reveal it was an employee rate because I did not want her staying in our room (because she's a little crazy, did I mention that?). My bored cousin checked rates for this hotel online and said the rate she found was MUCH higher than the one we got (which actually was not true because I checked it as well, I don't know where she got the number from). She decided to call the hotel, I guess to inquire about why we got a certain rate and why the website advertised another price (yes, that is weird of her, I know). My cousin gave the front desk employee my boyfriend's name, and the employee not only verified he would be staying there but that we also got an employee rate. What if my cousin wasn't actually my cousin, but my stalker? My boyfriend's stalker? A murderer? She would now know where we would be that specific night. I know for a fact you cannot verify that sort of information over the phone. I called asking to speak to a manager, but had to leave a voicemail since they were in a meeting. Of course they didn't return my call yet. This is the second issue I've had with a Hampton Inn, the first being they placed a hold of over $200 on my card for six days after checkout, even though we only stayed one night and paid cash upon checkout, causing me to acquire overdraft fees. They were quite nonchalant and rude about that situation. However, this is the last time I stay at a Hampton Inn. I simply can't trust them.

Rude and Disrespectful

The situation started with not receiving change from ordering a movie. When I checked out I expected to receive $8.46. I asked about the change and I was informed that there was none to be had. I asked for her to explain to me and she reported that my $20.00 was not posted to the account, although the movie was paid for. I asked her for more information and she dismissed me saying that I would have to call back on Tuesday. I called back on Tuesday. I spoke with a few different people and the matter was going to be taken care of. I reported the incident via e-mail to the corporate offices. On Thursday April 19, I receive a phone call from the general manager of the Hampton Inn hotel which I stayed at. He started off the conversation with a demeaning and angry voice. He proceeded to ask me about my view of the situation that night. I told him and asked him to stop bring rude with me. He proceeded to get even angrier. He informed me that he had the transaction on tape and he informed me that he did give me the change back. Okay, so I said that if you have it on tape then I must have forgotten and made a mistake. (Please note: the matter occurred at 1:30 in the morning) He then tried to bully me in to saying that I remembered, that I knew I received the money. He tried to make it seem that I was doing this deliberately. I, honestly, do not remember receipt of change from that night. I apologized twice for the mistake even though I do not remember receipt of the money. Yet he was so mean, trying to make me feel bad and disrespecting me with the way he talked down to me and attempting to bully me into a malicious situation, which it was not. People make mistakes and I did but that does not mean you treat them like *** and hurt them the way this man did. I thought customer service actually meant that someone cared. Obviously not. Shame on Hilton for not teaching proper etiquette and customer service.

It just comes back to basic customer service. Even though the consumer may be wrong, you still resolve the issue in a positive manner.

And I do not like that he was bullying you into saying that you remembered the change.

He sounds deroggatory and manipulative. What a poor example of customer service.

Hampton Access Does Not Refund Security Deposit

In September of 2011 Paul Fried rented us a property to host our wedding. There was a noise complaint and the police were called. Upon arrival they issued a summons to Paul Fried for a transient rental. We found out after the fact, it was illegal for Paul Fried to rent us the property for the short term length of a weekend. Paul Fried feels that because the noise complaint resulted in him getting caught for violating the town code, he should with-hold our security deposit.

Below is a response from Paul Fried regarding the matter:

"I know it's confusing so let me try and clear this up for you. In all 5 towns there are code ordinance that go unenforced so long as there is no complaint of any sort. If a noise complaint was called in and responded to by the Town Code Enforcement, then the town looks to enforce any and all violations that they can - similar to when your pulled over for speeding, but your registration has expired or your vehicle is uninsured."

“Wedding” House Prompts Rental Limit Discussion" ~ Kathryn Menu

Posted on 31 May 2012

A number of parties at what is listed as a rental property on Lincoln Street in Sag Harbor has sparked the ire of neighbors. Members of the Ninevah Beach community have reached out to Sag Harbor Village over the course of the last month in an effort to stop what they believe is a commercial enterprise in their tight knit, private beach community.

Following a wedding on May 9 which included a ceremony on the private community beach in Ninevah, residents began calling the Sag Harbor Village Building Department in an effort to find some kind of recourse. One resident — under the condition of anonymity — said over 100 people attended that wedding. The concern, added another resident, is that the property is being rented on a weekly basis, and in the off-season is listed as being available for a weekend rental. This has led some in the Ninevah community to question whether this house is actually a business rather than a single-family residence.

The property in question — 53 Lincoln Street — is owned by real estate developer Paul Fried. It is zoned residential and commercial enterprise is prohibited at the property under village code.

Fried did not return calls for comment.

According to Sag Harbor Village Attorney Denise Schoen, outside of ensuring property owners adhere to the village’s requirements for a mass gathering permit for events that may exceed 75 people, there is little in village code to protect residents from houses that are being rented out by the week, weekend or even on a nightly basis.

On May 22, Sag Harbor Building Inspector Tim Platt sent a letter to Fried noting he has received “several complaints” regarding the use of 53 Lincoln Street for large events. Platt noted the village has been given addresses of websites promoting the Sag Harbor property as being available for weddings and other special events.

“Section 85-3 of the Sag Harbor Village code requires that a written permit be issued for any special event where attendance may exceed 75 persons,” writes Platt. “Please further note that §85-7(A)(1)(a) states that no permit shall be issued where such an event is largely for private profit.”

“Should you wish to have an event (such event not being for private profit) in the future that may be attended by more than 75 persons, you must first obtain a special event permit from the Board of Trustees,” continued Platt in his correspondence.

Fried is by no means alone in renting his property on a short-term basis or for events.

On the popular website, Vacation Rentals by Owner, or vrbo.com, there are over 60 rentals listed in the greater Sag Harbor area, many offering weekly rentals of these luxury abodes or small cottages for anywhere between $2,000 to $15,000. Some property owners also offer weekend and even nightly rates.

The house at 53 Lincoln Street is advertised on that website as being able to host “3 day wedding events, service and reception.” In season, according to the listing, the property is available on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis. Off-season, it is available for $1,700 per night.

While Sag Harbor Mayor Brian Gilbride said he would not want to deter residents from being able to rent their houses reasonably, if a home is being used commercially as solely a rental property that is a problem, he said.

“In the case where we are dealing with what is essentially a commercial use, we will do everything we can to stop it,” said Gilbride. “I would hope people can be respectful of their neighbors rather than use their homes as a business enterprise similar to a catering hall. We have to keep a close eye on this and go from there.”

According to East Hampton Town Councilwoman Sylvia Overby, that municipality does have a rental law in place to ensure property owners can still rent their homes, but only in a manner that protects neighboring residences.

Overby said in East Hampton, residents are only allowed to rent their houses for less than two weeks twice a year.

“Otherwise, it can become a business,” she said, adding residents may rent their homes for more than two weeks at any time.

“It’s the in-and-out that we worry about,” said Overby.

According to Southampton Town Attorney Tiffany Scarlato, Southampton Town also has restrictions in place outside of its mass gathering permit requirements. In Southampton, the town code prohibits rentals of less than one month and requires homeowners get a rental permit.

“To do that, you also have to show your house is up to code,” added Scarlato. “A lot of the hazards involved in the rental market involves multi-family rentals. A lot of the time, it is the safety issues we are worried about rather than the big party houses, but the law still rings true for those as well.”

Hampton Albemarle NC

We stayed at this Hampton Inn Tuesday Nov 22, 2011 thru Sunday Nov 27, 2011. The IDENTICAL breakfast food was put out EVERY morning for the 5 days. Obviously the choices for the breakfast menu varies on the level of Hampton Inn franchise. But this was the worst we've ever seen at any of the Hampton Inns we've stayed in over the years. The room and bathroom was passable, but again left much to be desired. Not only that we discovered the folks working the front desk had to work as housekeepers/laundry staff in addition to front desk and breakfast hostessing. I have no idea who owns this franchise, but I'm fairly sure it's a member of particular immigrant population who likes to invest in these types of chains and run them and the employees into the ground... DISGUSTING - STAY THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges

My friend and I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Hotel in Norcross, GA; This hotel ran unauthorized charges on my friend's credit card and conducted unfair business practices. No one should trust this hotel with their credit card information; The manager, Cameron is a ***; Why in the heck would he authorize credit card charges on someone's credit card without their permission. He is very wrong and should be fired. This hotel's manager is obviously a thief. Why would he do such a thing? I have reported the incident to corporate. Please do not stay at this hotel.

Yeah, they once put a hold on my card for over $200 for six days after checkout, causing me to accumulate several overdraft fees, even though we paid cash at checkout time! The managers were so arrogant and rude to me for something that was not my fault. I was very upset.

The hotel's *** staff is writing comments on the board. Don't pay any attention to the negative comments; Why write anonymously. This hotel has a very crooked manager running it and you do not need to stay here consumers

What were the nature of these charges?

Was it something along the lines of a charge for extra cleaning because you destroyed the room, or smoked in a non-smoking room?

Your dubious information would seem to suggest that this is the case.

Hampton inn flint michigan caught housekeeper not changing sheets

I was staying at the hampton inn flint michigan with my family for a funeral. My family was staying at this particular hotel for three days and two nights we had a total of 15 rooms. My brother had to check out early due to work issues and go back home (his room was across from mine). my wife went to tell the housekeeper the only service we would be needing for the day were fresh towels when she watched the house keeper pull back the bedding and dust it off and run a long lint roller across it and re make the bed moments later watched someone who was not my brother go into the room with his belongings we wanted to tell him he was about to sleep on bedding that was slept on by someone else the night before. A few moments later we had a staff member at our door asking how our stay was going when i had varified with her one of my family members had to check out early and it was the room across the hall she said yes we were aware of the matter and it was taken care of. My family and I were so disquested we checked out a day before we were suppose to and stayed at the hotel across the street which may not be as high end as we would have liked but at least they had clean sheets. sleep here at your own risk
