Veterans Discount

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
they will only give the first ten veterans a discount. we must have been the 11th to check in that night because we didn't get our discount. No discount for veterans if a collage football game is being played that weekend. What??? that's the truth. Two stays with no discount for fighting for this country but never again will I stay at Hampton Inn and hope all veterans read about this. They could not process my ticket because I paid in cash until the next morning. I had to leave a extra $100 for deposit and my drivers license just because I wanted to pay in cash. Hampton Inn needs to step it up.

Thank you so much for your service! I have family and friends who are currently in the service and I applaud you all for putting your lives on the line for us.

Unfortunately each hotel has a maximum of discounted rates (i.e.

AAA, AARP, military, government) available to the public. Once the number of rooms allotted are out, rates would no longer be available.

I was an employee at Hampton Inn and Suites by Tiger town. The head of housekeeping talked to me so dirty. Because she was mad because I had two jobs. She told me that she would give me the week off and let me work weekends come to find out she had already tooke me off the schedule. They talk about past and present employees there. Its not a good environment I had a bad experience working there and wouldn't recommended anybody to go back. They are mean, nasty, messy. I have proff of her messages that she wrote me on Facebook messenger. She called all types of b's and everything else that are hurtful. My experience was horrible. Never again..

Hampton Inn - Meeting Room Rental Review from Columbus, Mississippi

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I rented the meeting room for an event on March 7, 2015. I was told that the rental fee was $125.00. The event went well. I called to book the room for June 27,2015. I was told that the fee was $200.00. I asked the desk clerk....why did the price change? She said that its always been $200.00. I spoke with the head clerk. She told me that they were charging $125.00 because they had just open. No one told me that in March. She also said that the price changed in April. Well i did'nt like the fact that the desk clerk told me that it always been $200.00. I have my receipt from March 6, 2015. This was at the Hampton Inn located in Columbus MS . please contact me @ 662-574-**** or rinasparks360@***.com. Thanks!

Update: Steve says "The lawyers" told him not to talk to me. Not only is Steve hiding the criminal but Hampton Inn's Corporate Office and Lawyers are in on it also. Classy !!

Hampton Inn’s Inns and Suites Criminal Ring Motel Hotel Hilton Fraud ID Theft Card Credit Corporate Coverup Ebay Paypal Internet General Manager GM Juan “ Steve “ Diaz Mustafa Hamouch Penn State Moral Ethics Employee Customer 12611 Memorial way Moreno Valley, Ca 92553. Our Company shipped a package to : Mostafa Hamouch 12611 Memorial way Moreno Valley, Ca 92553. A Warning to Stores: please do not ship to this address! Nine months later , I get a charge back stating that the buyer denied buying anything. YES, you can get a chargeback after 9 months. With nothing to lose, I googled the address only to find that it’s a Hampton Inn’s and Suites. I contact the manager , he gets very nervous and says “umm Mostafa wouldn’t do something like that” and “why did you ship before getting payment” Steve sounded very familiar with Mostafa. I explained that I was paid but the payment was taken away when the buyer claimed he didn’t make the purchase. Steve was very defensive and supportive of his co-worker Mostfaf. While waiting for Steve Diaz the manager to return my call , I called the Hampton Suites Corporate Number and spoke with a representative. She stated that Mostafa was an employee and would be fired and removed from the property and that Hampton has nothing to do with it anymore. Another responsibility dodge was , if you were robbed on the property we could help. Hampton stated that they are not responsible for guest receiving fraudulent orders while working at their hotel. After a while, Steve called back stating that I was harassing him by calling the corporate office to report fraud. Sorry Steve, I have the right to recover 1500.00. Steve had Mostafa on speed dial and quickly communicated the fact that I had contacted the hotel regarding the fraud. According to Steve, Mostafa Said He bought a wallet on Ebay and returned it , he claimed to not be disputing any charges. Hampton’s General manager , Steve Diaz and Hampton/ Hilton Corporate went into lockdown/coverup mode in an effort to stop me from speaking to their EMPLOYEE Mostafa. Steve denied that Mostafa was an employee and insisted he was a guest in May. What kind guest stays at the Hampton Inn from May 2014 to Feb 2015? What kind of guest is immediately known by the general Manager? Why did corporate say he’s being interrogated, investigated , fired and removed from the premises? How can you “fire’ a guest? I filed a police report but Hampton Inn’s & suites made sure Mostafa was off the premises and that there was nothing to investigate. Hampton Inn’s has chosen the “Penn State” method for dealing with crime. Instead of being an ethical, moral and law abiding company they chose to help the criminal hide. The correct action to take would be , Hampton Inn’s Manager or Corporate office would call the police and report their employee for defrauding a store while at work. I had proof that Mustafa received the order then denied having anything to do with the transaction. It’s obvious that he’s a criminal and has committed fraud. It’s also obvious the Steve is helping him and no one helps for free. A cheap hotel is a perfect place to commit fraud, divide the proceeds and disappear with the Hotel’s assistance.

With all of your wackjob conspiracy theories, it sounds like you should be staying at a place more on your level like the Motel 6. then you can find someone there who gets a "Nut Check" every month and yall can have the time of yall's lives sharing all of the conspiracy theories that yall like to dwell on.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn on Bartram ave in Philadelphia, for 28 days, the room I stayed in smelled aweful, television didn't work , tub filled up with black stinking water, then the toilet overflowed, the bedding smelled like somebody died in there, now I start itching, red blotches appear on my hands arms back and legs, when I returned home I went to my doctor, who diagnosed this as scappies, small bugs that feed off the human body, there will be more to this story later. All hotels are independently owned and operated, very few are still owned by Hilton. This property in particular is definitely not a Hilton owned property.

There would have been no way for someone to call Hampton Corporate Office since we are all to respond to Hilton World Wide.

Best guess would be for you to call the owner of the hotel and file a complaint against their employee. Good Luck!

I am an employee at hampton Inn and I don't think it's fair the assistant manager basically have all her family working their. Her sister is head of laundry her mom is head of house keeping as well as her sister, sister in law. It's not fair to everyone work here due to the fact the entire family have leadership roles. and she paying her mother under the table because she on disability. This in Greenville ,al

Well, you should be grateful that you have the Privelege of being employed by such an upscale hotel as the Hampton Inn. Just think how you would feel if you worked for some *** Motel 6 or another one of the "No Tell Motels" Why, you would be flabbergasted at the conditions that you would be working under and the scary clientel that you would encounter and (god forbid) have to interact with.

So, just be grateful that you are working for such a nice establishment. Poor people can only wish and wonder what it is like to say at such a high-class establishment.

Guest

hey guess what...you are not 5 years old...the world is not fair and you need to grow up and stop thinking it is. If you have a problem with all of this then maybe you need to go to your management company or find a new job!

Hampton Inn Cleveland Ohio - Discriminates Age

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I booked a room for my 20 year old daughter using Hampton Points. The DAY she was to check in, they informed me no one under 21 allowed to check in, period. I'm hours away and can not drive there. Called manager, called Hilton cust support - NO HELP after on phone over 2 hours! Ended up having to book over 1 hour drive away from Downtown Cleveland. Mansfield OH (Brenda) was THE nicest Hampton/Hilton person I spoke to all morning! How is it Hampton offers a Military Discount (age 18 to serve) but wont allow a 20 year old ADULT with ID and Credit Card to rent a room? Total nonsense!

They probably do that because they had a lot of kids checking in their and partying and trashing the rooms. But there are many 20 year old like your daughter who are much more mature an well behaved than many people much older. I think that you should be awarded $11.5Million Dollars for what you and your daughter had to go through.

Guest

I'm sure you'd be posting something completely different if they let your daughter stay and something were to happen to her. Can you say LAWSUIT.....

Guest

Do us all a favor and google age discrimination. It's only discrimination if they selectively pick and choose to let some underage people in and not others.

That would be discrimination. Posting an age requirement on their website for the world to see is not discrimination.

Sounds to me like they are planning ahead and providing information up front to avoid underage people from getting in. How would a big company like Hampton still be in business if they regularly practiced age discrimination tactics?

Guest

What kind of parent lets their 20 year old daughter drive hours away to stay at a hotel in a downtown city on a Saturday night before verifying if the hotel would let an underage person stay. Look at the hotels website, it clearly states must be 21 or older to check in.

Adhearing to a policy does not constitute rudeness, you're just upset because you didn't get your way. As far as the military you are correct (18 to serve) but you still can't go to a liquor store and buy alcohol, is that total nonsense???

Guest

Most states...and that includes here in Ohio, you can not legally rent a room to someone under 21. It is a serious risk due to alcohol use and just a safety concern...and this law also applies to all military personnel as well.

Ripped off credit card

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
twice within three days I booked through Priceline. The rooms were 106.00 and 127.00. These amounts were taken off my card PLUS Hampton Inn took 171.00 off both times as well. I called and called and never received a call back from any manager. Do they do this often, on purpose, or what? Now my work expenses are screwed up, my credit card is screwed up and nobody at Hampton will return my e-mails. This Hampton is at 2202 Chemical Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA. The managers are Erik & Rasheeda. I'm done with them.......................................................................................................................................................................................!. Ive been ripped Off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Elderly Discrimination

I am a 50 year old female with a medical condition which requires me to use the bathroom quite often. While traveling down the coast from my home in McKinleyville,Ca.

I stopped at Hampton Inn in Arcata to use the restroom. Upon entering the lobby of the hotel I was approached by a female employee who let me know in no uncertain terms that I was not allowed to use the restroom since I was not a paying customer, at which point I left and went across the street to McDonald's where I was able to relieve myself. The really bad part is that when I walked past the front desk of the hotel one of the female employess said out loud "Naked and dirty". Can you believe that?

I was in shock and did not respond to her verbal assault, nor did I notify the manager since I was so embarrassed that she said tht to me in front of a lobby full of people.

This is the first time that this has ever happened to me anywhere in The United States. I feel that this is a form of discrimination and the statement made by the female employee was over the line.

This is not discrimination, they are not required to let you use their washroom if you are not a guest there. They would do this to anyone whether 10 or 100.

Discrimination would be if they only did it to you. But if they allowed you to use the washroom because you are 50 and not someone younger that would be discrimination.

Guest

You think you're elderly at 50? You're just slightly over middle-age!

Hampton Inn - Hotel Room Charges Review from Kissimmee, Florida

Checked in Sunday evening Sept. 2014 to Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale Plantation. Went to training the next day, returned around 5 PM to find bugs infested bathroom. Checked out and was charged for that night even though I moved to another Hampton. Their 100% customer service guarantee is a lie. I am still waiting for refund, 2 weeks. The manager would not come out to speak to me. This hotel is old and filthy.

Rudeness

Booked a room at Hampton Inn, Isle of Palm, SC for my husbands 60 th bday. Unfortunately we were unable to make the trip and I called several weeks ago to cancel the reservation. I booked the room online and when I called to cancel they had no reservation for me. Today I check my bank statement and there is a 191.oo charge from Hampton Inn. I called the hotel and was given a complete run around by a very rude General Manager. First told me my reservation was booked thru Expedia and I would have to call them. Did that, they said it was booked thru Hotels.com. Called them...they said the charge did not come from them but from the Hampton Inn itself. I called back and this time the General Manager was rude and aggressive and told me that the charge did come from them, why no honesty on my very first phone call?, and that I was being charged because I hadn't given them my full last name when I called to cancel weeks ago. My last name happens to be hyphenated ????? Very unfair.... I acted in good faith and this "gentleman" was a complete lying, rude, inconsiderate hotel employee. In todays world where such a huge emphasis is placed on customer service, this was an epic fail. I haven't finished trying to get my money back...I am taking it to corporate .... and also making them aware of this guys attitude.
